The 10th Annual #AtlantaTurkeyClassic is a community event that caters to disadvantaged families during the Thanksgiving holiday season. This event is not only one that gives back to the community, but it also displays the partnership between our local citizens. The 10th Annual Atlanta Turkey Classic will be take place on Sunday 20,2022 at Atlanta Metro College with media coverage Streetz 94.5 and Reec Radio will be hosting a special live remote show during the 8th Annual Atlanta Turkey Classic Research shows that 1 in 7.5 people, or an estimated 755,400 people, in metro Atlanta and north Georgia turn to food pantries and meal service programs to feed themselves and their families each year.This a non contact event a pull up while supplies last. This event is in partnership with Commissioner Arrington Jr. This event has a basketball game Georgia Spartans vs Positive American Youth Halftime Battle of the DJS ,Red Bull 3pt competition , youth basketball camp.
to establish a hip-hop environment that is dope and family-friendly while encouraging creativity, enjoyment, family time, healthy eating, sustainability, and good old-fashioned fun. Hip-hop going green and fostering family harmony are the main topics, along with honoring the spirit and inventiveness of the genre.
Founded in 2013, the Learn2Live program has hosted health expos in cities such as East Point, South Fulton, Palmetto, Chattahoochee Hills, Decatur, Forest Park, and Austell. These expos provide critical health screenings, including HIV testing, blood pressure checks, glucose monitoring, dental screenings, and more.
To date, over 15,000 people have benefited from these services, made possible through partnerships with Amerigroup, WellCare, Peach State Health Plan, In Your Town Health, CareSource, Anthem, and Kaiser Permanente.
Since 2012, our back-to-school events in DeKalb and Fulton Counties have provided 16,000 students with backpacks and school supplies, ensuring they’re ready to succeed in the classroom.
